Rooted in power yoga, we also offer a wide variety of yoga class styles that include hatha yoga, therapeutic yoga, pre-natal yoga, meditation, and pranayama (breathing techniques). No matter where you are in your yoga journey the experienced instructors at Aasana Yoga will help recharge your mind, body and spirit.
We offer beginner, intermediate and advanced level yoga classes for all ages, in addition to special events, and workshops for individuals, groups, and corporate clients. Our vision is to help you grow your yoga practice by creating an empowered yoga community in Muscat, Oman.
Our studios are centrally located in the Muscat Business District (MBD) and in Baushar.
