Vietnamese Foodies is an award-winning concept created by Co-Founder and Executive Chef, Lily Hoa Nguyen. Since opening doors to its first location in JLT in January 2018, Vietnamese Foodies has now expanded operations to include four other locations for a total of five locations across Dubai.
All Vietnamese Foodies’ locations offer authentic, fresh, naturally healthy, and affordable dishes including Pho, Bun Bo Hue, Banh Mi and Goi Cuon (rice paper rolls) among many others. Each location’s menu takes inspiration from the culinary diversity of Ho Chi Minh City and its abundance of flavorful and affordable dishes. Including Pho, simmered for 14 hours – with the aromatic flavors of the food transporting diners from Dubai to the bustling streets of the Vietnamese capital. A variety of naturally healthy paleo, vegan, keto, dairy-free and gluten-free dishes, with many dishes cooked in broth or water instead of oil.
