Self-Adhesive Labels

Adhesive labels are an easy and straightforward label solution. They’re easily applied to containers, bottles and packaging, highly versatile and can work with many types of products and finishes. Adhesive labels can be used on variety of materials (paper, film, foil, etc.). Since they don’t require any heat, it only takes light or moderate pressure to apply (or stick) them to a product surface.

It is important to choose the right adhesive to ensure the label sticks on application and remains stuck during the life of the product. At First Pack, we offer a range of adhesives materials to meet your requirements, from the chiller to freezer, permanent to removable, our team of label professionals would be happy to advise you on the right adhesive for your needs. Adhesive labels are used for everything from automotive products, chemical pails and household goods to food and beverage containers and nearly everything in between.

Shrink Sleeves

Shrink sleeve labels are the fastest growing label technology for many different reasons. This solution allows you to have a 360 degree display of your beautiful graphics and text. This in turn gives your products maximum marketing exposure and aesthetic impact. Once the film comes in contact with heat, the label shrinks and tightly conforms to the shape of the container. Shrink sleeve labels can accommodate extreme container contour. This flexibility is applicable to virtually any shape or size container on a variety of films sich as (PET, PVC)

Shrink sleeves are not only beautiful, but also provide functional benefits such as: excellent scuff resistance, easy detection of tamper evidence, and consumer-convenient multi-pack presentation. At First Pack, we specialize in printing and finishing shrink sleeves with color consistency and 3D proofing to make sure your brand looks its best. Available in Roll Stock Film for automated machinery or individual Cut Bands for manual applications, and can be applied to food and beverage industry, pharmaceutical and medical industry, household or personal care products, stationery, and all the different shaped bottles and containers.

OPP Wrap Around Labels

OPP wrap around labels rolls are labels that are applied via a usage of adhesive to the labels that subsequently adheres to the container. The OPP roll-fed labels are printed on either a white or clear polypropylene and allows for application at high speeds especially in the beverage industry. OPP wrap around labels rolls can be applied in any bottled packaging, including coke, sprite, water, drinks, coffee, oil, juice, milk and so on

For label, we have a 10-colour narrow-web printing machine, including several features such as cold foil, UV, etc., with printing width 450 mm and speed 200 m/min

For further processing, we have high-speed lamination machine, slitting machines, pouch making machines, shrink sleeve production machines, etc.

Our large installed capacity ensures quick processing of multiple orders in the shortest possible time.
