The company was established in the year 2000 and the company grew to the stature of an Excellent grade construction company within a span of 3 years. The growth has been steady over the period until the company has achived a status as one of the leading road construction companies in the Sultanate of Oman.
Today K.A.S is a major player within the construction industry in Oman particularly in the field of road development. Through the years, the company has executed and completed several major projects in Oman to the satisfaction of all associated stakeholders. Starting with just a handful of machinery and manpower the company’s inventory today has a strong fleet of machinery and transport vehicles numbering more than 1500 units. On going projects of the company are valued at over 470 million USD. Some of the major projects that K.A.S is currently executing are: Dualization of Bidbid – Sur Road Section ll, Part-2(Al Kamil – Sur), Upgrading of Sinaw-Muhut-Duqum Road – section 1, Construction of Road 1 & 5 and Drainage system in Port of Duqum and Construction of Ubyla – Fayyad road. K.A.S places the highest emphasis on the quality works completed on time. The Company endeavors towards achieving excellence in construction quality and has leveraged its engineering expertise to successfully complete more than 1200 km of roads in the Sultanate of Oman.
