Return Policy
Please read all conditions below
- People’s Telecom reserves the right to refuse a return / refund / exchange request.
- Please make your claims for “damaged items on delivery” or missing items within 24 hours.
- If you decide to return your purchase, you can do so within 24 hours of receipt of products after your purchase.
Note that all returns and cancellations after receiving the order(s) / product(s) are subject to a charge of QR 25 fee.
The following conditions apply:
- To return an item please call our Customer Care at +974 6621 5944 or email customercare@peoplestelecom.qa
- All returned items must be in new condition (AS SOLD CONDITION), in their original box, and must include all packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals, and all accessories.
- Goods must be complete, unused, and in ‘AS NEW’ condition as received. If the box has been opened, we cannot return the item.
- If the goods are defective, please specify the defect. Please DO NOT write or mark anywhere on the product’s factory packing (carton) or product itself.
- Pre-orders are nonrefundable and must be paid in advance as the items are specifically pre-booked for the customer who placed the pre-order.
- Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.
Cancelling an Order for Home Delivery and Pick Up from Store :- You can cancel the order within 24 hours after the receipt of your orders.
