Specialised Engineering Consultants (SpEC) has been one of the top 20 specialised MEP consultants in the Middle East for the year 2017 & 2018, located in Dubai, UAE. SpEC commenced its operation in the year 2006 and had executed various complex projects in UAE, the Middle East and India.
