Twinkle is a Dubai Health Authority licensed home care facility that specialises in skilled childcare, baby care and home nursing services all in the comfort of your home or hotel.
We have a team of internationally trained, Dubai Health Authority licensed Nurses, Nursing Assistants, Caregivers and Midwifes, who deliver the highest standards of nursing care.
Our home nursing services provide various packages to suit all budgets from a nursing visit – up to 24 hour care.
Do you have a minimum amount of hours that I can book?
For childcare/babysitting and our elderly sitting service, we require a minimum booking of 4 hours. For home nursing visits – ie for IV medications, Infusions, Woundcare – There is a minimum booking of one hour. Please call our booking team to discuss your requirements. We will be happy to arrange a tailor package of care.
How do I make a booking?
You can contact our Booking Team on 800 TWINKLE or send a Whats App message to 0508026283. Alternatively, you can complete the online booking request on our website and we will call you back at your convenience.
Where are your Nurses and Caregivers from?
We have an amazing team of clinical staff from all over the world and believe that staff should be selected based on their knowledge and experience, not their nationality. During our assessment we will match to correct clinician based on your requirements.
Do I need to pay for the staff member’s transportation?
This is covered by us! Our drivers will drop and collect our staff from your residence.
Can the staff do cooking and cleaning as well as looking after my loved one?
Unfortunately not as they are not domestic helpers. Our team members priority is caring for your loved one.
We are planning a trip out with my mum, can the nurse come with us?
Sure. Our nurses and caregivers will attend medical appointments and social events as required. We only ask that you inform us with at least 4 hours notice so we can inform our drivers of any changes to pick up location.
How can I pay for my service?
All payments are in advance of any service. Payment can be made by Cash, Credit Card for Bank Transfer
